Shipping policy
The products ordered will be sent to the postal address specified by the user in the order form.
It is therefore necessary to enter the address, email address, and telephone number correctly, as these will be used by the courier to deliver the goods and/or contact you in case of problems.
Once the order has been entrusted to the courier, the user will receive an email confirming shipment, which will include the tracking number through which the status of the shipment can be checked.
Deliveries will be made by courier from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national holidays. ALGIS S.p.A. reserves the right to use any carrier and/or different delivery methods.

Austria, Belgio, Bulgaria, Cipro, Croazia, Danimarca, Estonia, Finlandia, Francia, Germania, Grecia, Irlanda, Italia, Lettonia, Lituania, Lussemburgo, Malta, Paesi Bassi, Polonia, Portogallo, Repubblica Ceca, Romania, Slovacchia, Slovenia, Spagna, Svezia e Ungheria.
Shipping costs are as follows:
Deliveries for orders in Italy with goods amount up to € 199,99: cost € 10
Deliveries for orders in Italy with goods amount from € 200: no cost
Deliveries for orders from other countries listed above: cost € 20
Delivery is considered complete when the product is made available to the user at the delivery address specified in the order form. Delivery to the floor is not provided.
In the event of non-delivery due to the recipient's absence at the address specified in the order form, and if, after several attempts as per the courier's regulations, it is not possible to deliver the order, the package will be returned to ALGIS S.p.A.. The user acknowledges that, thirty (30) days after the package is returned to ALGIS S.p.A., the contract will be considered terminated and the purchase order cancelled in accordance with Article 1456 of the Italian Civil Code. Once the contract has been terminated, ALGIS S.p.A. will refund the total amount paid by the user, minus the costs of the unsuccessful delivery of the product. The termination of the contract and the amount of the refund will be communicated to the user by email. The refund amount will be credited to the means or payment solution used by the user for the purchase.
If, before the expiry of the thirty days, the user requests to receive the purchased product again, ALGIS S.p.A. will proceed with the new delivery, subject to charging, in addition to the delivery costs, the costs of returning the product to ALGIS S.p.A.
