Identity, Vision, and Responsibility: the choices that define our company

Decisions, whether gratifying, straightforward, or inherently difficult, are an integral part of the life of a company and of the entrepreneur who leads it. Each choice carries profound weight and evokes various emotions, among which—at least for me—the most profound and constant is a deep sense of responsibility.

It is a responsibility that spans every dimension of my life: towards myself, my family, our employees who dedicate their passion to us every day, our clients who place their trust in us, our territory, and our heritage. Above all, it is a duty to the three generations who preceded me—who built this company with courage and foresight—and to those who will follow in our footsteps.

Safeguarding the true identity of André Maurice by choosing to keep our entire creative and manufacturing process housed within our historic headquarters in Casale Monferrato, Italy, has been the most challenging decision I have ever made in terms of responsibility. From sourcing the world's finest raw materials to guiding our stylistic vision, down to the final tailoring and finishing of every garment, preserving a fully integrated Italian supply chain is our greatest daily challenge, as well as our greatest source of pride.
