Refund policy

Users who have purchased products through the shop.andremaurice.it website have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with ALGIS S.p.A., without penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt of the goods. Please note that Saturdays are not considered working days.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must send a return request indicating the order number, code, and size of the item(s) to be returned by email to info@andremaurice.it.

Once you have received authorization for the return, please ship the goods complete with the original tags intact, the original packaging, and any accessories, properly packaged using the label provided with the order or received with the authorization email, which must be affixed to the package.

Pursuant to Article 67, paragraph II, of the Consumer Code, the substantial integrity of the product to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.

The products must not have been damaged, worn, or altered.

In accordance with Article 67, paragraph IV, of the Consumer Code, only after receiving the product(s) and only after verifying compliance with the terms and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal and the integrity of the products, ALGIS S.p.A. will proceed, as quickly as possible and, in any case, within thirty days from the date on which ALGIS S.p.A. became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, to refund the sums paid by the user. The refund amount, excluding shipping costs, which will be retained (€10 for shipments within Italy, €20 for shipments within Europe), will be credited to the payment method used for the 

purchase. Shipping costs refer to both the initial shipping costs and the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund.

It is also possible to return items directly to one of our stores after receiving authorization to do so by sending an email to info@andremaurice.it, indicating the order number, code, and size of the item(s) you wish to return.

Refunds will be made in the same manner as described above.

Masks cannot be returned.

Pursuant to Article 55 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of sales of products that are made to measure or personalized or that, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or alter rapidly.

RETURN POLICY FOR DEFECTS

Given that the images and colours of the products published on the Website may differ from the actual ones due to the settings of the computer systems and/or computers used by the user to view them.

The quality of all items is checked for possible defects before they are shipped to the customer. If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately at info@andremaurice.it

Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are adequately protected during transport.

The seller (with regard to purchases made on the Website) is liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the product and which becomes apparent within 14 days of delivery. The lack of conformity must be reported to the seller within this period.

Unless proven otherwise, it is assumed that any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 14 days of delivery of the product already existed on that date, unless this assumption is incompatible with the nature of the product or the nature of the lack of conformity. From the eleventh day after delivery of the product, it will be the consumer's responsibility to prove that the lack of conformity already existed at the time of delivery.

In the event of a lack of conformity duly reported within the time limits, the user is entitled to a free replacement of the goods.

WHAT TO DO IN THE EVENT OF A NON-CONFORMITY

If a product purchased on the Website shows what could be a lack of conformity within 14 days, the user must contact ALGIS Spa Customer Service at info@andremaurice.it

ALGIS S.p.A. is not liable for damages of any kind resulting from improper use of the product and/or use that does not comply with the manufacturer's instructions, nor for damages resulting from unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.
